Over the last 25 years, Taj has presented over 80 workshops.

“Everyone is an artist. We all have creativity in us, but so many haven't accessed it. When the inner critic is speaking, we cannot discover and express our innate creativity. I help artists and future artists learn to shift from blocked creativity to effortless flow. I help people who have anxiety to use creativity and mindfulness to find peace and ease. I coach people in their creativity and mindfulness practices. Creativity is a spiritual path, a way to share our gifts with the world, a way to make a difference in our own lives and the lives of all those we touch.” -Amy “Taj” Baker

“I highly recommend Taj as a coach and workshop leader for her authenticity, wit, expertise, and ability to bring forward useful information in unique and experiential ways.”-Gabrielle H. Portland, Oregon
